OS/App download speed slow

Hi,

I have an AS6104T, upgraded to 2*8Gb RAM, full with disks.
With ADM2.7 I had sometimes the similar issue which looks to be constant on ADM3.0 (not beta!).

When I want to install new app or update arrives to apps/OS, the download speed is slower than a blind snail.

The torrent download, file up and download goes with max speed (Gigabit LAN, 500Mbps internet), but not those
which comes from Asustor.
It is independent when I try to do it. Evening/morning/weekend, weeks after new release, etc.

Any ideas?

That should be caused by server busy. I'm not sure if it depends on regions or not. App update and ADM upgrade are quite normal on my side.

The average load is 20% on CPU, 6% on memory. When updating app/OS there is no streaming or other connection, so a bit confusing.
