Cannot restart or shutdown completely the NAS from the ADM portal

This is happening on my nas as well. I just purchased it a week ago - AS6204T. My first Asustor device, coming from an excellent but old QNAP.
So far, not impressed with this buggy software. I'm running firmware 3.0.3RAI4; BIOS version 2.23

Somewhere along the line, the reboot function started working for me... and then last night, seems it is no longer. I'm still on 3.0.3.RAI4.

I'm reviving this issue because I'm having the same problem after the latest update. It is impossible to restart the system via ADM and it is not possible to turn off the system using a schedule (I have the system turned off at 2 a.m. and turned on at 8 a.m.). The system does not turn off or restart. After logging in, ADM shows that ssyetem is shutting down/restarting and it stays like that. Best of all, all applications still work, but there is no access to ADM.
Does anyone have this problem? How to solve it.
