HDD led turns on and off every once in a while..

i have a 6204 series on which I do not have any hibernation settings on, there is no LED dimming enabled and the power management settings are off.. I have no issues with accessing the NAS it's just annoying seeing that the drive LED turns off and after maybe 5-10 sec back on.. on my 5104 with same settings everything is normal.. not sure if this is related to the large drive type in my machine or maybe something buggy on the OS side.. anyone experience this before?

My 6202T is hidden away in a data closet, so I havent noticed. I'll check it and get back.
