WOL from 3rd party apps are not working

Hello,
WOL works great from Android AiMaster app but do not work from other 3rd party Android app (Tasker WoL plugin, Asus AiCloud). I tried ports 7 and 9. Is there any special port I should use instead?
edit: on my home network, not over Internet

I was just able to connect to my Asus router using AiCloud (port 443), both locally (via local IP of router) and remotely (via Asus DDNS XXX.ASUSCOM.COM).
Both local and remote connections to AiCloud allowed me to WOL my asustor NAS.
