Diagnostic after lightning strike

We have a lot of lightning these days in Norway. Today the power was cut where i live because of the lightning. My NAS was shut down the hard way. Now the power is back and I've booted the NAS and everything seems ok.

The question is: Is there a way to fully diagnose the NAS? Like check the CPU, RAM, filesystem etc? I can only find bad block scan and SMART scan. The most important thing is for my to check if the filesystem and my files have any problems and I want a report or some kind of gui for this.

Possible?
