HI,
yesterday i update to the new version of the ADM (3.4.6.RCO3)
So i cant turn on or turn off app, the application doesnt work (TeamSpeak, Download Center, nothing..)

Might solve your issue. Always remeber to have a secure backup of your data!

Mine is just working fine. I think you should send a support request to asustor to check it.
