Problem with apps in app central

Hi,

when i try to browse all apps on asustor as6210t in adm app central to view for example asustor apps or top apps or latest apps or categories or beta apps, its all empty, i cant see any app and i get this error message

"Unable to connect to app central server or connection timeout, please check your network environment and try again later,(ref.5608)

mm... I don't encounter this problem. It should be caused by accessing to internet. Home gateway -> ISP -> asustor cloud server. If you can access other internet sites without other issues (speed is low or connection broken), I think you should report this issue to asustor directly. (I'm not sure if they setup cloud server by continental area or not.)
