Move Folders Across Drives Always Aborted

Post by Metaldust »

Model: AS6104T
Adm Version: 3.3.2.RJ12
BIOS Version: 2.23

I have 4 Drives all in single Mode, 10 TB IronWolf NAS

If I move any folder with the Web Interface from one drive to another, it instantly Aborted.

Moving Folders within the same drive works.

Moving Individual files across drives works.

Even if the folder is empty, it will abort.

I can copy the folder with no issues but not move it.

This just started after the last update.

There are no Errors on the Drives.

Moving folders from Windows share is not an issue.

Hi,

Try using a terminal (if you know how), just to identify if it's the web interface or the Linux command or structure
IN ALL CASE, this seem to be a bug, so open as soon as possible a ticket to the Asustor helpdesk support.

Yes it works perfectly through the command line.

I was able to move multiple folders and files.

The Error only appears to occur in the web interface.

I submitted a trouble ticket to support.asustor.com
