6204T not booting up

Hi all,

I tried to install nextcloud from app central and rebooted the NAS.
However, the NAS is not booting up successfully. Power LED (blue) is solid and System LED (green) is flashing.
NAS was working fine until the restart.

Unable to login or access the file shares on the NAS.

It boots up fine without the HDs. I can access the web portal which asks to initialize the NAS. If I connect the drives while NAS is running, it wants to format them instead of reading the data. If I power off the NAS and connect the drives, NAS fails to boot.

LCD says System Starting... Please Wait.

That should be something wrong in ADM system. No clues from your information. You'd better to send a support request to asustor directly.

Agree, seems like an ADM issue. I've opened a support request already but they are very slow to respond and only work during business hours in the opposite time zone from me. So at least a day lag in support response.
Hoping someone here is able to help too...
