Certificate Manager is broken in latest ADM release

My cert will expire soon, so I tried to update it using the Certificate Manager, which has always worked in the past.
I have a series of PEM files that I get from LetsEncrypt and I use "Create a new cert" , then click browse, and select a file. It never gets added to the dialog. This makes it impossible to update my certs.

This bug exists for Firefox, Chrome and Edge, all running on Ubuntu 22.04
