Yes it's working!
Just needed to reboot. MDADM makes an auto scan during apt installation! Everything is working fine! Thank you again!

NP, next I'll need time to look at the recovery image. ADM kernel doesn't include loop module so I'll need to bring up my development environment to work on it when I have the time. In the meantime it'll be great if someone could jump in ahead of me.

The bios only recognize 2 sata but once you boot into the OS you should be able to see all 4 disks. Worst case is try to find a cheap multi bay usb 3 enclosure then let mdadm assemble them.
