Hello everyone,
I have a AS6104T. Recently it runs very slow. So i checked the activity monitor. I found there are two process, ufraw-back and convert, having high CPU usage. I wonder what are these processes, and how to stop them.
I did installed some Apps on the NAS. But since i got the problem, i already uninstalled all of them. But the high CPU usage casued by the two process is the same.
Is there any solution for this?
Thanks
HighCPU usage. Slowing down the NAS

Re: HighCPU usage. Slowing down the NAS
I'm not sure what app run this process either (maybe Photo Gallery?). After you un-installed applications (or disabled them), did you restart NAS? If not, you may have a try. If it's back to normal, you may try to enable some suspicious applications to find the criminal.
On the other hand, you should report it to asustor. https://support.asustor.com/

I have tried disable all the Apps, and delete all the Apps, and then retart the NAS. But these did not work.
