Startup disk

Hi all. I have a AS6404T with ADM 3
NAS have a sigle disk for files and another disk for Mac backup.
I want to insert a new SSD inside and make sure that the NAS start with it. I mean: I know that the OS stay on every disk, but how can I set to startup from the SSD instead to a random one?
Of course SSD is much faster then my 6TB IronWolf, so I think to have great power on a NAS with OS in the NAS.

Tnx for support and please explain every details if I'm wrong.
