EMBY doesn't see network paths

so not sure if this is an issue with emby or not... however I can't seem to be able to see any of my shared folders on the network.. I can access my network from any other device, however when i use emby on my Asustor 5104 it shows an empty folder on the network.. My shares are on another NAS and I have granted all privileges for access... any suggestions?
