Yes, AS-2 and AS-3 series will also have upgrade to ADM 2.3 but the linux version for 32 bit cpu (linux kernel 3.4) will be different from 64 bit cpu used in AS-6 series (linux kernel 3.12).

Most customers probably don't care, but the current 2.6.39 kernel is End Of Life, where the 3.4 kernel has support until september 2016 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Linux_kernel). Support for current and new software should be better for the next two years with the updated kernel. It will probably have cost you a lot of time recompiling and testing.
