Twonky 1.3 no longer works

Twonky Server is a media server for PC, embedded, and mobile platforms that allows connected devices to browse and stream media files over a home network. Twonky Server scans and indexes media files on the server and can even aggregate media files from multiple servers to make them accessible from a central location. Post by ju55 »

For some time Twonky Server will not start.
First after a new installation it works but after the next NAS restart it don't start no more.
I tried to start it manually: .@Plugins/AppCentral/Twonky/CONTROL/start-stop.sh start
Then comes
Starting Twonky ...
Creating Symbolic links for required utils ... Done
Starting Twonky daemon ...
root @ AS-604T: / volume1 #
For image conversion and scaling the TwonkyServer utilizes ImageMagick. For details on the license please see /usr/local/twonky/cgi-bin/convert-readme.txt
Twonky Version 8.1.2
No TLS server certificate found in /var/twonky/TwonkyServer/tls_server.pem! Will use built-in keys (this is insecure)! You have been warned ...

The last lines "For image conversion .... You have been warned ..." repeats several times, finally coming:
Endless crash / restart loop detected - shutting down ...
There is directory var/Twonky
