"Web Folder" Error

"Web Folder" Error
I temporary disable Photo Gallery and once I was about to enable it again, I could not. Error message says I have already a folder called "photo Gallery" inside "Web" folder. There was a second "Photogallery" folder inside "web" (don't know why) therefor I delete it. Message contiue, and Photo Gallery not able to being enabled

NOw, don´t aks me why, "File Explorer DO NOT OPEN at all!
It keeps thinking and doesn´t show my files at all.
I just disabbled some apps more on App Central in order to free some memory but just got the opposite effect...
Please HELP

The information is quite limited. I believe you'll need to get supports from asustor directly. https://support.asustor.com/
