Problem with setting VPN on NAS

I have been trying to set VPN asustor NAS but dont know which one to set please suggest me some types of VPN so that I can proceed.

VPN client:
Under ADM web -> Settings -> Network -> Add -> Create VPN. Then follow the guide.
VPN server:
Install VPN server under ADM web -> App Central.
