Joining raid1's together?

Hello i have a 608t with 8 x 4tb wd red drives.
I have them configured into 4 x 4tb raid1's.
I Woud like to either join 2 raid1's into a 8tb raid1
or
join 2 single drives into a 8tb drive then mirror it somehow.
I have tried raid 10, but that used 4 of my drives and gave me a 4tb capacity drive that was really fast.

Does anyone have any ideas on how i can achieve this?
or is this plan of action unattainable atm
