My scheduling power function is working well. I think you'd better to send a support request to asustor to check it.wi8iw wrote:I updated to 2.1.1.R3B2 and it seems to all problems are gone. Re: After ADM 2.1 AS-302T doesn't power on
Once again problem with powering on
NAS is scheduled to power off 2 am and to restart 7.30 am. At approx 9.15 am I recognized I couldn't connect to the NAS at all. No portal, no apps, no ping.
I went to the NAS. Blue light on, green light flashing. No reaction to pushing the power button.
I had to unplug the power cord. I after re-plugging it the NAS booted. First I thought everything would be alright.
But actually the webserver on port 80 and 443 doesn't respond to requests. I disabled it in services, re-enabled it. Still no response (i.e. http://192.168.178.38 or http://192.168.178.38/phpmyadmin). I rebooted. I shut down and booted.
The webserver on that ports still doesn't respond. All other webservers from apps like Portal (port 8000), Logitech Media Server (port 9000) or Plex (port 32400) respond normally.
BTW: I had abnormal scheduled boot some days ago but then after unplugging and booting the NAS worked.
To me it seems there's still a problem with scheduled booting. Annoying

My as-304t is all right after updated the latest firmware. I think you'd better to send a support request to asustor to ask them checking it.

I did it before weekend. I hope they will find the reason soon because I use Owncloud on this NAS to sync and backup my stuff.

Thanks to the Asustor support! Yesterday we had a Teamviewer remote session. The reason for the web server not starting was a pid file that prevented the web server from starting. After having deleted it everything is fine again.
