Remote Access Via your Cloud - upnp/NAT-pmp for BT Hub 2701HGV-C

I'm trying to set up my Asustor AS-604T so as I can access via the cloud remotely, however the BT Business Hub I'm running doesn't allow automatic setting of the port forwarding etc so I need to do these manually, can anyone give me these..? I've used the EZ Router settings but no good, all I keep getting is No UPNP/NAT-PMP Router found despite trying to set the router manually .....
