Using XBMC on Asustor may not be same as XBMC on PC and another device, i.e. iPad.

The XBMC in Asustor has some limitation on playing 1080p Video and face some subtitle issue.

My AS-202TE is extremely lag on playing BDMV.

It works properly if you just play 720p mkv, mp4 and avi.

Thanks for the reply. Does anyone know if the As-302T is capable of playing MKV 1080 50p files without Lags? Or is the problem XBMC and not the hardware? Otherwise i Need to find another solution. That''s one of the reasons i want a Nas with HDMI. Does anyone knows another Nas that plays this files else/

thanks for the reply.

All of my mkv can be played without any issues at all. for bdmv or m2ts, mostly can be played but a few of them I have to adjust the lip sync. Still a very good solution for me as I hate to turn on so many devices.

My as-304t can play your video well. However it's not as-202te. I think it should be all right too (from CPU usage point of view). FYI.
