AS-604RS - AEG UPS compatible?

I think about purchasing the AS-604RS model.

The UPS I'd like to run this model side by side is "AEG B. 1000 PRO".

My question is if the AS-604RS is compatible with the AEG B. 1000 PRO? Meaning, is it possible to set up the AS-604RS with this UPS:
1.) Connection via USB cable between the 2 machines
2.) Usage of the AEG CompuWatch ShutDown-software to trigger shutdown of the AS-604RS

CompuWatch is supposed to support various OS: Linux SUS, Linux RedHat, Novell Netware, IBM AIX, HP-UX, SUN Solaris, MAC OS X, Windows NT/2000/XP/Vista/7.

Here is answer for your question:
1) Beside connect the UPS to NAS via USB able, we also support network UPS. Upon abnormal power failure, the UPS sends notification to NAS via USB interface, the build in network UPS server will notify all the “slaves” NAS via Ethernet.

2) We havenot test the compatible of AEG's UPS. I will suggest to get one from our list here: http://www.asustor.com/service/ups?id=ups
