... APKG change : ATTENTION due to a problem with Asustor VPN-Server
... ... DroidMote can't start (crash) if VPN-Server is active
... ... ... Disable it (or postpone DroidMote installation
... ... ... IF VPN-server is active and Enable ... at first start (just after install or update) ... Droidmote Disable vpn_server, start then enable vpn_server
... ... ... A new console start-stop parameter will be added if for any reason you want to start or restart DroidMote when VPN-server is installed and Enable

Code: Select all

# /usr/local/AppCentral/droidmote/CONTROL/start-stop.sh
Usage:
 ... /usr/local/AppCentral/droidmote/CONTROL/start-stop.sh {start|stop|restart}

Hi,

Update of same APKG to introduce port forwarding proposal for EZ-Router
ATTENTION : this add the proposal for forwarding port ... I don't test this (user request) and don't know if it works or not ....
... if not ... juste ignore the port forwarding proposal in EZ-Router ...

THIS works ONLY for new installation (due to a script problem in manual update) ... so if all works for you ... just forget this update and add manually port in EZ-Router
TCP 2302 (but really don't know why ... )

Philippe.

hello, i would like to try this app as i think it will be better than the airemote but it doesn't start
i get this error if i try to execute it:
/usr/local/AppCentral/droidmote/droidmote: error while loading shared libraries: libX11.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

and of course i have X11 installed (as i've also installed kodi, openpht,ecc..)

also:
ldd ../droidmote
linux-vdso.so.1 (0x00007ffe3fda2000)
libpthread.so.0 => not found
libX11.so.6 => not found
libm.so.6 => not found
libc.so.6 => not found

so there are more then one issue with the libs
any ideas ?

Hi,

I have a little forgot this APKG (sorry)

To start it ... try : /usr/local/appCentral/droidmote/CONTROL/start-stop.sh start (and report error ... )

To use ldd you MUST add the libraries used by Xorg (not in the search library path in Asustor)
so do :
source /usr/local/appCentral/droidmote/CONTROL/env.sh (to put the library path need just read the env.sh file to understand)
then
cd /usr/local/appCentral/droidmote/
ldd droidmote

ALL run in my own system ... but I am under ADM Beta 3.3 ... so perhaps an error due to an update of 3.2 ????

I will works on an update soon (sorry ... as I said I forgot it ... because it works on my own system)

Philippe.
NB to use it manually ... you need the env.sh source and pass 2 parameters (port and password)

Hi,

hum! very strange ... the missing lib are the MANDATORY lib for A.D.M. ???????

can you edit the file /usr/local/AppCentral/CONTROL/env.sh
and change the line
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=${XORG_PATH}/lib:${XORG_PATH}/usr/lib
by
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=${XORG_PATH}/lib:${XORG_PATH}/usr/lib:/lib64
save ... and retry start-stop.sh

BUT it's NOT a "normal" approach ... this hide another problem in A.D.M.

Philippe.
To see if error is reported by kernel, please also do before AND after test : dmesg | tail -n 10 (to have a look to new message)
